Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions before registering an account: by continuing, you agree to the terms of use of the products presented on the Advance Trading platform.
Please read this user agreement carefully before registering an account on the Advance Trading platform. By continuing registration, you automatically agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
1.1. Prior to using any products and services of Advance Trading please read the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. By continuing to register with the Advance Trading platform and by proceeding to use any product of Advance Trading you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
1.2. This User Agreement establishes the rights and obligations of the users of the Advance Trading platform and the Advance Trading Group of Companies - the operator of the Advance Trading platform.
1.3. This User Agreement shall establish the rules for the use of the Advance Trading Platform.
1.4. This User Agreement establishes the requirements for the users of the platform Advance Trading.
Group of Companies and Public Documents
2.1 The Advance Trading Company Group comprises companies incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Australia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland:
2.1.1 Advance Trading Company Limited is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Date and number of registration in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's Register of Legal Entities 2420359.
2.1.2 Advance Trading Group PTY LTD - a company registered in Australia. Date and number of registration in the register of legal entities in Australia 640 755 442.
2.1.3 Advance Trading World Limited - a company registered in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Date and number of registration in the registry of legal entities of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - 14168351.
2.2 Advance Trading Group is engaged in the development of specialized software for crypto-trading, the creation of investment products in the field of cryptocurrency business, the creation of partner products and the provision of services for investment management in the field of cryptocurrency business.
Requirements to Users
3.1 Any person over the age of eighteen may become a User of the Advance Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the User).
3.2 Any person of any citizenship, nationality, place of residence may become a User.
3.3. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that the assets used for investment have a legal origin and that the User's actions do not violate the laws of the countries of registration of companies of the Advance Trading Group. The User confirms that he is willing to provide the regulatory authorities with proof of the legality of origin of the assets. The Advance Trading Group will not in any way verify the legality of origin of the User's assets.
3.4 By accepting this agreement, the User confirms his right to dispose of assets for investment on the Advance Trading platform. It is not recommended to use borrowed funds or assets for investment, the loss of which can significantly affect the welfare of the User.
3.5 The User shall keep his own tax and other reports required by law.
3.6 The User has access to all products offered on the Advance Trading platform.
3.7. User is not allowed:
3.7.1. disseminate negative information about the Advance Trading Group, the Advance Trading companies, the Advance Trading platform, employees and representatives of the Advance Trading Group.
3.7.2. carry out multiple registration of accounts. If another user of the Advance Trading platform is going to use the User's IP, the User shall notify the Support Service of the Advance Trading platform in advance.
3.7.3. If the User violates the provisions of clauses 3.7.1. and 3.7.2. of this Agreement, Advance Trading Group has the right to deny access to the products of the Advance Trading Platform and the User's account and to block the User's assets.
User support service
4.1 The Advance Trading Group shall organize information support for the users of the Advance Trading platform.
4.2 The information support services for the users of the Advance Trading platform are provided free of charge.
4.3 Information support is provided in two formats:
4.3.1 Operator's answer via online chat.
4.3.2 Offline ticket posted on the following resources:
- Widget on the Advance Trading platform.
- Feedback form on Advance Trading website.
- Telegram-chat with a consultant.

4.4 The speed of response of the operator in online chat depends on the current number of requests.
4.5 The speed of processing requests from users depends on the complexity of issues and the need to consult with subject matter experts. The maximum response time is 24 hours.
Processing of personal data
5.1 The Advance Trading Group of Companies processes personal data on users of the Advance Trading Platform in accordance with the following regulations:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Act.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- Directive (EU) 2016/680.
5.2 The term "processing of personal data" used in this agreement includes, but is not limited to, the following operations with the information received from the User: collection, storage, analysis, systematization, use, updating, destruction. The list of such information may include information on registration on the Advance Trading platform, payment and other details, performed and planned transactions, IP addresses, hardware and software, contact details and other customer-related information.
5.3 Any information, including the content of conversations and consultations with employees of Advance Trading Group, obtained from the User within the framework of this agreement shall be considered confidential. The Advance Trading Group shall take all appropriate legal measures to prevent third parties from obtaining the personal data of the User and any information about the User.
5.4 The Advance Trading Group shall arrange storage of personal data exclusively on dedicated servers directly belonging to the Advance Trading Group. Transfer of data containing any information about the User is made with the use of methods of cryptography: asymmetric cryptography and symmetric encryption of traffic.
5.5 The Advance Trading Group of Companies shall never transfer user data to third parties, including, in an impersonal format.
Risk Warning
6.1 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms that he is fully, without exception, aware of all financial risks of investing in cryptocurrency assets and cryptocurrency trading.
6.2 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms their consent to refusal of profit guarantee.
6.3 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the User confirms that he understands and agrees to accept the possible negative profits from investing in the platform of Advance Trading associated with the volatility of the cryptocurrency market. Advance Trading Group does not guarantee the declared profits on deposits and is not responsible for the assets of the platform users.
6.4 The Advance Trading Group of Companies undertakes to take all appropriate measures to ensure that investors receive the declared profits, safety of their assets, system stability and platform performance.
6.5 The Advance Trading Group of Companies confirms that the fiat and cryptocurrency assets of the User located on any accounts of the Advance Trading platform, are protected by the current legislation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Australia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which is an additional guarantee of investment safety.
Quality Assessment and Claims
7.1 The Advance Trading Group of Companies confirms its interest in receiving feedback from users, including feedback relating to negative experiences on the Advance Trading Platform.
7.2 The Advance Trading Group confirms its interest and readiness to consider proposals to improve the work of the Advance Trading platform and the quality of investment and partner products.
7.3. Advance Trading Group confirms its interest in receiving an assessment of the quality of services from the User.

7.5 Any complaints on the work of Advance Trading platform shall be sent to the following address:

7.6 If the User and the Advance Trading Group fail to settle the dispute by negotiation, the User shall have the right to apply to a competent court located in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Australia or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Amendments
8.1 These rules may be amended by the Advance Trading Group in connection with changes in current legislation or optimization of the rules of the Advance Trading platform.
8.2 The Advance Trading Group recommends users to independently monitor changes made to the text of the agreement on the website of Advance Trading.
Advance Trading Group shall be obliged to notify users of important updates to this agreement and the rules of the Advance Trading platform.
